We use an all-inclusive method for our pricing.
Nothing is more annoying than having to pay after your holiday for:
- bed sheets
- electricity
- cleaning the house
- animals
- extra persons
- washing machine
- heating
- towels

On Saturday you will need to leave the house by 10:00 am so we can clean it and welcome the new people at 15:00 pm.

When making reservations, a 30% deposit is due within 7 days+ €200 security deposit.
The remaining 70% of the rent is due 8 weeks before your arrival.
The security deposit will be returned to your bank account within 2 weeks after leaving the house, provided there hasn't been any dammage or any losses.

Cancellation Policy.  Cancellations more than 8 weeks before arrival will result in a loss of the 30% deposit.  Cancellations less than 8 weeks before arrival will result in the loss of the complete rental price.

Pets are welcome, don't forget to bring your animal passport and make sure that your animal has all the vaccinations.
